Staff I interacted with are talented and respectful. The same is not true of the owner, Jackie, which is why I am leaving a 1 star review. To make a long story short, Jackie apparently thought she required me to have both my hair and makeup done in order for one of her stylists to come to the salon on a Saturday. This was not once relayed to me.
