The owner is completely unprofessional she has me drive 40 mins round trip for and item that wasn’t even what was pictured! It was all beat up and she said oh well I’m running a Business (clearly not an honest or professional one) not to mention she wasn’t there and had her brother (which was very nice) in the middle of a situation he shouldn’t have been placed in!! I’m absolutely disgusted with the way she handled the situation!! I hope everyone thinks twice before purchasing anything from her!

My son bought a 80cc motor to put on his bike...we have several bikes. Motor wouldn't fit! I have been at Jackie's before...so I knew that's where we would find one! We came in on Monday, and my son found an awesome retro cruiser that his motor fits on! $45.00!!!! He is so happy, thanks. Everyone was very nice and helpful!!!!!
I had a great experience with buying a mountain bike from Jackie's today. They have a wide selection of bikes and I found a great bike for me. Jackie and her bike mechanic were EXTREMELY patient and helpful with me as I probably test rode 5-6 different mountain bikes. Her outstanding bike mechanic modified the bike I wanted to include my own bike seat and stem extender while I went out for a walk by the nearby river front. .
