I am so glad to have found Jackie. She is an expert!!!! In curly hair. And she loves to educate and is really good at it! She has you fill out an inquiry form before your appointment so she can get a good understanding of what your goals and inspiration are. At the start of the appointment she reviews with you your goals and makes a holistic plan to treat your hair concerns. She cuts your hair dry and then washes it and may perform a treatment if needed. It's manageable past Jackie doing your hair! I was so fortunate to have stumbled upon Jackie and the wonders she does for curly hair. She talks you through the process and wants only what is best for you and your hair (curls or not). My favorite thing about the service? How maintainable she made it outside of her salon. Doing my own hair after was a breeze!

I had Jackie come to my salon to teach me and the team. I know we all learned a lot, from assessing curls and their behaviors to finishing with a style they can replicate themselves.
