I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. They have really great customer service here. I have been seeing Dr. Jackie Williamson for over 15 years. She is great. The first thing she did about 10 years ago was to call me at home a 9:45 PM and tell me her concerns about my smoking. She had such concern for me that after 35 years of smoking I quit. Then last year she found an unusual sound during a routine physical and I can tell you most Dr's don't even check. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Without her taking great care with me I might not be here today.Bless her
