She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait time was very long but overall good visit.
Dr Jackie was very kind as well as concerned. Her up front information and generosity was very much appreciated. Had it not been for her professional instruction the health issues would have not been addressed as fast as they were. We followed her suggested next step and it lead to emergency surgery. Had it not been for her, we don't know what would have happened. She is truly a kind soul and a life saver!!!
She is very caring and addressed all my concerns. I am glad I chose to do a telemed appointment because although I still feel really bad I did get a lot more answers with her than I did my usual urgent care.
