RecommendedEven though I was only at the Jackie Nitschke program for a week and a half, amd for it being my first rehab program, It was an awesome program to go through. The carefronts that peers give to each other is what helped me out the most, because I was able to learn from my mistakes, while recieving and accepting feedback that can later be used in the future and outside the house, as well as making people look at things in a different, but positive perspective! I recommend this place because of the structure, also the counselors have a lot of insight. and they tell you what you need to hear. this place gave me hope in myself along with hope in life. but i have to continue to do the work.
The love, caring, compassion, and understanding a person gets here is amazing and the tools, education on your disease and how to get through it and stay sober when you leave is not done any where else. The after programs and Alumni group is your tie to a place for life. With the Jackie Nitchke treatment center in your life you will never be alone to face your disease, they are always there for you. We are family.
If you want to use what JNC has to offer you will find a new way to live.Yesterday I drove with two former" Nitschkeans" back to the Center and at the 630 pm meeting I gave them both sobriety medallions.One got a 7 and one a 3 month coin.it was good for them to visit where it all started on their Journey to recovery.they also had time to speak with there counselor and we had a blast.They also shared in the meeting.It is ALL Good. "Good Orderly Direction-GOD" as I understand this Power Greater than myself..
Thank you for giving me my life back! I now live a sober and healthy life and I couldn't have done it without the help of the jnc
