I had a horrible experience at this salon. I sat for 5 hours just for my hair to unravel from the twists because it was done incorrectly. When Jackie was told about this, two hours after I left the salon, she tried to place the blame on me instead of admitting her employee’s ineptitude. In addition, she knows that I don’t live close by and was unaccommodating.
