We just bought our house in the Baltimore area and Jackie helped us every step of the way! She always had our best interests in mind and we never once felt pressured to do something we weren't comfortable with. She was also very patient with answering our questions and easing our anxieties as first-time home buyers (and we had LOTS of anxiety).
