I absolutely love this service center. The techs and assistants have been truly wonderful and extremely helpful. Every time I’ve had to go in, they’ve explained what was done to my vehicle in extensive detail, and made sure all my questions were answered. Even when I brought it in for something that turned out to be nothing, the tech explained everything and I was not made to feel dull or inferior in any way. Very friendly and helpful staff. My Mini was quickly diagnosed and they also contacted my extended warranty provider to authorize and completely cover the cost of repair. They even provided a courtesy lift to and from my home while the repair was being completed. Thanks for the great service!
