Great experience with them, especially Rob, who went above and beyond the call of duty. Would highly recommend them.
Very impressed, with Rob (manager) and John (technician) especially. Anthony was also helpful and courteous. My husband & I recently moved to OKC. My 2015 engine light had been consistently on for over a year (even my dealership in MA couldn't permanently address) ... JCM Service went above and beyond to correct even though it took 3 visits (with no charge for the labor on visits 2 & 3). Also John videoed what was repaired and sent to me. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper Mini Service.
Rob in the service center is a rockstar. He’s very detailed, communicative, thorough, easy to talk to and a great representative for the Jackie Cooper brand. The facilities are well kept, organized and clean.

Grandma dropped 44k for a yellow mini. Didn't sign up for a lease or financing just purchased it. Mini needed a software update and instead of doing it right away because she just purchased it outright we came back the next morning to be told it had not been done yet and now the car would have to be delivered 2 days later. Then on top of all that did they even offer her a single piece of swag for a $44000 purchase, not even a keychain, a hat, a shirt, nothing. I believe I would now recommend a fiat over this experience.
