Anthony and the Service Department provided exceptional customer service!
Grandma dropped 44k for a yellow mini. Didn't sign up for a lease or financing just purchased it. Mini needed a software update and instead of doing it right away because she just purchased it outright we came back the next morning to be told it had not been done yet and now the car would have to be delivered 2 days later. Then on top of all that did they even offer her a single piece of swag for a $44000 purchase, not even a keychain, a hat, a shirt, nothing. I believe I would now recommend a fiat over this experience.
I absolutely love this service center. The techs and assistants have been truly wonderful and extremely helpful. Every time I’ve had to go in, they’ve explained what was done to my vehicle in extensive detail, and made sure all my questions were answered. Even when I brought it in for something that turned out to be nothing, the tech explained everything and I was not made to feel dull or inferior in any way.
