Terrible service department. Some may have gotten lucky with them but I sure didn't. Made an appointment to have my car towed in on Monday morning August 18th. Here it is August 26th and they have not even looked at it. The few updates I got, after I had to initiate and ask for updates, I was told "We should get to it today or tomorrow we are really backed up". I have no confidence in Cooper! 3 visits and an issue with my tailgate on my X5 still isn’t repaired. Do not use!!

Bmw has had my car for over a month, I brought it in made and insurance claim on it, my insurance double checked with them and Jackie Cooper said that they got it approved by a supervisor. I thought that would be that and they would get to work on it. Around day 35 I called and bmw told us they aren't doing the repairs that they said they would do. On top of that when I had my car towed in I got on the loaner list and never did they get me a loaner vehicle. I had rental coverage through my insurance but that ran out and now ... read more

I can’t say enough good things about the service department here. I’ve brought my vehicle in several times and have consistently worked with the same gentleman, Matthew Karry, and each visit has been a great experience. Most recently, I had an issue with extended warranty coverage that technically wasn’t the service departments responsibility to resolve, but they stepped up in a big way.
