Went in for a normal service, when I left the dealership, I had no sound in my brand new car but they were already closed once I left. They said it must have happened during the electrical update they did in my recall. How do they not check things are working before they give the car back? I went in with sound, left with no sound….Well at that point they were closed and I couldn’t come back to drop it off. Can’t listen to music, airplay, phone calls, anything. The service here is really bad. I didn't know that the inspection needs to be paid. He didn't tell me. My friend is here, and we haven't heard that the inspection needs to be paid. Finally, I gave them $216 for the examination fee. If I had known that the inspection would be paid, I would not have put it there.
