Service is horrendous. They damage your car during service and blame it on you when you have shown the damages. Technicians are sloppy at the work. Would recommend you go to another dealership. Go somewhere that values ur money and time.
Christian is the best service advisor we have ever had at Jackie Cooper BMW. He is very friendly, professional and honest. Please give him a raise and a promotion!
Unreasonable pricing and excessive wait times. I brought my car in for electrical issues and they took over a week to just diagnose the problem and they asked for $1900 just to replace some wires. Highly recommend Edmond Motorwerks instead, which is just a couple miles down the street. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours of dropping it off and only charged $360.
Both scheduled oil changes for my car have taken a ridiculous amount of time. I only brought it here because I bought it from Jackie Cooper BMW and they offered free oils changes. Appointment was for 1 pm , I'm still waiting to here from them. I'm waiting on site, watched as several other vehicles were serviced. Was told at least another half hour for what should be a 30-60 minute job. Looks like an average 1-2 hour wait. Should have gone to Midas!
