Nice and polite
I had a good experience at the advent Clinic. Everyone, including the front desk person, was pleasant and things went very quickly. I was listened to and questioned about my pain. Ex rays were immediately scheduled and PT was notified. Later phone calls were made to remind me of a prescription and to notify my primary doctor.
Jackie was very thorough, she listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan of care together
Great experience with Jackie. very easy to talk to. in fact, I probably talked too much while she was asking questions 🥴 Very professional and very informative. would highly recommend her
