Jackie was very professional and had a genuinely friendly demeanor throughout the visit. She also took the time to thoroughly explain things to me which I appreciated greatly!
Jackie was very thorough in her examination and listened intently to my questions and concerns and provided feedback that was helpful and understandable.

She listened but I felt like there was a set list and it would not be deviated. I was told to come back if I felt worse. I came in so I wouldn't get worse. So now I have an ear and sinus infection and have missed 3 days of work. I went to the CVS minute clinic for the second visit.
