If there was a 0 star that is what I would give them. We live in the country (hints why we have septic). Our septic tanks are in our livestock pasture. While we were out of town, at the discretion of the lady watching our property, they came out and replaced our entire system to an above ground system for no logical reason (Ive since had 2 other companies come out and none could justify why they would do such a thing). Worse most shady business I think Ive ever seen . These people will lie to a customer just to get more money from them . They preform maintenance and all it is , is they send out an untrained employee to open the lids on a septic tank and look inside . Then tell them to tell the customer something Is wrong with their septic system. Also they have recently at a customers house wrapped a fuse in allium foil and put back in the control box , due to they didnt want to do things the correct way , they charged $325 for that . did a good job on my sink
Been there as long as I can remember Does not have an emergency service. Only scheduled work during the normal work week. That is the only drawback. Quality of work performed is way above average. My parents used them for years, now I am a loyal customer. We have always been more than satisfied with the quality of work. They have performed everything from simple leaks to complete replumbing of pier and beam house.

My family has used Jackey Lackey Plumbing as long as I can remember - with good reason! They are punctual, polite, efficient and economical.
