DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Same situation happened to me as with the other reviews. Ordered their top tier rack in July with an August delivery date. Didn’t get notified until I reached out in august that it was delayed until early October. Then was told mid to late October. Multiple emails in October to them and no response. Multiple calls and voicemails with no response. After four months of waiting, I have only received two out of the three parts from my purchase. The company repeatedly assured me that the missing part would be shipped, but it never was. They have since stopped responding to emails and phone calls, and have refused to offer an alternative accessory or issue a refund. As a result, I was forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I placed an order back in May for $4000 and was told it would ship in August. After waiting till the end of August they sent out an email saying the production would be delayed until October. It’s now the end of October, no correspondence has been sent, I can’t get in contact with support using their number and email. This is beyond frustrating and fraudulent! Stay away from them.

So far it has been 80 days since the order. Still no communication from the company, will not pick up a phone or answer emails. Cant give a review on the equipment itself since I have no clue if it even exist. Will never do business with this company again and hope consumers reading the reviews take as warning enough to do the same.
