BUYER BEWARE! Never received order, not about to contact the company via email or phone! It’s been 9 months. Absolutely terrible experience.
I purchased a new rack, and several accessories spending over $8,500 it took a few months to receive everything. The rack is solid but the lat seat attachment weld has split and I have been trying to get a response from the owner or their customer support for a month plus without any luck. The owner Don has been very responsive via text… until I had a an issue. It’s been crickets from the entire company. Very disappointing to spend so much to just be left hanging.
Wow! I have never spent so much money and been so disappointed. Multiple calls and emails without response. $7500 all cleared the bank and now I am left wondering if I have been scammed or will ever see my hard earned money. At least set expectations on your website. "We are still filling orders from 3-4 moths ago. At least that would cut down on your incoming calls. Additionally you would have less complaints and less orders. You could use the extra time hopefully to catch up on orders you already have. This is basic stuff ... read more
Ordered rack/leg press Feb 2025. Told order will be shipped in “6-8 weeks”. Did not receive the power rack until late May. It is now late Aug and we have had no update and still have not received the leg press. Equipment was good IF/when you get it. Customer service is awful with communication. Difficult to get a hold of anyone via telephone. Delayed responses via email. No communication whatsoever regarding changes in shipment times. My wife was really excited when I ordered her the top of the line power cage. She was disappointed to hear that it would take several months before it would arrive. Upon ordering the delivery date was August 2025. So technically they have a couple days left to get it here, but to say that their customer service is beyond pathetic would be an understatement.
