Wow! I have never spent so much money and been so disappointed. Multiple calls and emails without response. $7500 all cleared the bank and now I am left wondering if I have been scammed or will ever see my hard earned money. At least set expectations on your website. "We are still filling orders from 3-4 moths ago. At least that would cut down on your incoming calls. I purchased a power rack from this company 8 May and have been making payments since June and have yet to receive any tracking information and when I try and contact the company via email and phone I receive short responses without empathy or no response back. Previously I was told the item would ship by August, then I was told it would ship in August but again, it is August 14th and no tracking information or even a response from anyone. Took my money and no responses back to cancel the order for a refund. They don't answer any calls and I've been waiting months for the product. Avoid them and order from Rogue or Rep Fitness.

It’s been months since I spent $5,700 for a Pro Rack and have heard nothing whatsoever. I have call both the customer service line and sale rep line dozens of times with literally ZERO response. Terrible customer service. This is essentially a scam company from what I can see as there is no way to know if I’ll ever get what I paid for. I will be calling BBB and getting a lawyer to get my money back.
