I’ve had a great experience with Jackalope Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the staff. They’re incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. Highly recommend
The process of renting and moving into our unit was easy. When I did have a question, Larry was easily available to answer it. The smallest unit available are larger than those of their competitors AND are cheaper. Win-win! The complex and unit are nice and we felt comfortable leaving our items. I definitely recommend!
I rented a storage place here a couple of years ago and came back when I needed more space because Larry is very reliable. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the Gallatin Valley.
