Jack is a terrible agent in many different ways. He almost never answer the phone or reply to the texts messages. We set up a meeting to tour a place and he completely disregarded our meeting without giving me a notice and it gets worse than this, we setup another meeting and AGAIN he completely disregarded the meeting and ignored all my phone calls and text messages. I have had an in person meeting and many correspondences with Jack Yang. He is an outstanding communicator, however he lacks in follow through. Keeping an individual's word should always be at the heart of any realtor. Moreover, I have unfortunately witnessed him taking advantage of elderly individuals. It should be said that either in the community your working in or under contract, taking advantage of the elderly should ALWAYS BE unacceptable.
