They came out to give an estimate and showed up the next day to begin the work before we even confirmed acceptance of their bid. This happened to us twice with Jack Wright Tree Service. On the second job, they charged us extra to remove the stump and roots. We paid them- although, they did not complete the job (stupid on our part because we took them at their word they would be back to finish). I was so happy with the professional way they did my tree work. I had a massive rotting oak towering over my MH--they took it down bit by bit not damaging anything near it! The crew was very careful and cleaned up all of the debris--it looked like a park when they left. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and now I am recommending them as well.
Awful customer service. My neighbor warned me about making an appt with Jack Wright because he probably wouldn't show up, but I assumed that was a one-time occurrence and called anyway, and made an appt for an estimate at 10am on a Saturday. By 10:30, Mr. Wright had not shown up, so I called the office and was told that he wasn't coming due to an emergency job in Ponte Vedra. No one bothered to call to let me know. Fantastic service! Very pleased with the work the men did this morning at our house removing giant limbs off of two trees. Arrived on time, extremely polite, worked quickly, and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended.
This company came to cut my neighbors trees and let limbs fall on my fence causing damage. Pickets were broken and falling off. I asked them to just repair the damage. They did not ever attempt to do any repairs. Do not use this company.

Very reasonable rates, prompt service, excellent clean-up. Highly recommend for trimming and/or tree removal.
