Went there for a new Jeep and had a great experience working with Ken. Easy to deal with without any pressure.
I hat my dodge mini van. I don't trust the people at jack wolf. My van was pulling to one side, they told me to buy new tires (less than 15000 miles on the car) I bought new tires. Paid them for an alignment. They said the steering was adjusted wrong. Supposedly fixed that. Till the next tire rotation, when it was pulling so bad the traction light came on. My husband communicated with a representative at Jack Wolf Pontiac in Belvidere, IL regarding a vehicle. He asked specific questions about the vehicle's condition, which ended up being answered...falsely. When he flew there to purchase the vehicle and drive it home, he was shocked at the deplorable condition of the vehicle and how they had grossly lied about it's condition.
