Sloppy installation; poor measurements
Thought I was hiring a window treatment subject matter expert. What I got was ill fitting shutters that do not hang or close correctly; holes drilled indiscriminately both on the shutters and the trim; a botched installation covered over with wood putty in an attempt to hide. Engaging Jack Wise Interiors was my $5,000+ mistake.
From the moment I walked in to their showroom I felt very comfortable. They made me feel welcome, they were very informative and I am totally satisfied with the finished product.
