Purchased a 2024 Chevy Cutaway van with a utility body for my company. I worked with Leroy throughout the process which he made smooth and convenient. I dropped off my 2015 Buick Encore on July 26, 2025 and it's now August 8 and have not fixed my car yet for engine light issue. Service manager (if there is one) must intervene at this time to resolve the matter. I'm curious if the technician working on may car is even certified. Please follow up on this. Thanks.

I went in for an oil change and was in the shop for two hours and 30 minutes. I think that’s a little excessive. I will probably be going back to Waldorf Chevrolet to get my car serviced in the future.
