The one service advisor Brad did a great job communicating and basically running service . He needs help ! He did get me out in under 2 hours . Also from my observation hire an ev tech for saturdays. After hearing there was none it was another reason why i won’t get an ev !

Initially, the experience was positive—they were pleasant, professional, and quick to respond. The photos they sent of the 2024 Chevy 2500 clearly showed a brake controller, which we expected to be included.
