Friday evening I made an online appointment for service; my vehicle was being towed in. Saturday morning I headed for the dealership. I was told they couldn't look at it until Monday, even though I had 2 texts saying my appointment was confirmed. I requested a loaner and was refused.

Took my 2020 Sierra 1500 here due to a major brake issue. All kinds of service errors and warnings. Speed limited to 43mph. Yeah if you saw me on US1 or 312 driving slow, my apologies. They said the battery needed to be replaced and the brake master cylinder for $3400. 16,253 miles on this POS. Get the truck back after declining the repairs and GMC being unwilling to do anything since it’s out of warranty on years even though they changed the brake assist for MY 2020.
