Natalie was a great saleswoman! She handled my mom and I with care, consideration, and understanding. Showed us the cars we were interested in, came along for a test drive, and assisted us even slightly after hours when we were still negotiating. We bought the car the next day & were excited for the new vehicle! Only caveat is that the built model we test drove had powered seats and a car charger in the car & we were unaware that the one we purchased did not have those features. Brought a pink 2 door bronco in (wrapped with all weather seats, 33" tires, so many upgrades) and they wanted to give me BOTTOM dollar to trade it in. Didn't even listen to me with all the upgrades and only 15k miles. We ended up with an Envista they said had ambient ligthing (it didn't...honest mistake, but they certainly didn't help me look for it when they sold it to me). Took it back and got an Envision.
