RecommendedLet me just say that the customer service has been outstanding. I bought a fire pit from them a couple of years ago and the paint faded. Tim worked with the manufacturer in regards to the warranty for weeks so that I didn't have to. Once I was able to get it repainted he worked with the manufacturer again to make sure I am reimbursed. This could rank right up there with the best service, regardless of industry, I have ever received. Thank you for all of your help!
