Rate jacked up 22% for a single driver vehicle, no explanation given, no notification, found out when my account was overdrafted. I haven't had an accident in over ten years. I've called around to other companies but they have had increases too, no explanations given. That tells me they have a monopoly on the entire market with zero competition. What a joke.
