Zillow won't post bad reviews. Nor will they respond to my request to explain why. I'll summarize. Jack told me he'd get me 1.5M and would take care of cleaning and moving just to get me under contract. Sold for 1.305 with no movers like he promised. He also posted we sold for 1.32M on his social media. Why lie? He went missing in the middle of our deal after going on vacation to "no reception areas", with no backup to call. Simply Amazing. Made selling my house (four days and sold!) so simple and stress free. I've owned other houses and always felt like it was such a stressful, hard, time consuming task and that was not the case with Jack AT ALL. I wish I could give him more stars than 5. Also, should mention, that while calmly selling my house and 8 others, he managed to get married AND be on honeymoon. Not one slip up or miscommunication. He was responsive and a joy to work with when selling my home.

We met Jack at an open house and decided to use him to help us find our next home. He got us in to view several houses immediately and gave his professional opinion on each, but it never felt like he was polishing us to buy one just to make a sale. Once we picked the right one, he negotiated the price down and saved us almost 20k! That allowed us to buy the home we wanted and we are so grateful. 10/10, highly recommended Jack for your house buying needs!
