1/7/2019 I called 2 weeks ago speaking to a temp. Asking for a copy of my payment of $1150.00 for a cap not a crown to break in half in less than 2 year, Giving my new address the lady found my request and took my new address told me she was printing it now. Today yet to receive any thing in the mail. I have spoken to the Dental Board on a request for a full refund. ....update on poor service from this office. If I could give zero star I would.
