I don't normally write reviews, but I had a phenomenal experience with Jack VW (specifically Joe) and wanted to share! Joe went above and beyond! I am currently not in Maine so my entire buy had to be done virtually/via mail and the whole process was smooth and all my questions were answered throughout, including making sure my mom who picked up the vehicle knew how it worked. Plus, I got an amazing deal on an ID.4 lease. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy a VW in Maine!!
