Found what I wanted in a used truck online. Emmett answered the phone and made everything from there forward easy, unhurried and comfortable. Support from management was also smooth. Emmett went the distance including driving the truck to Freeport where I took him to the Amtrak station so he could get back to Saco. Highly recommend both Emmett and the dealership.
Bought a used Toyota, which we noticed was missing the drivers side windshield visor on the test drive. I was told the replacement had been ordered. After a month I emailed and called about it but they never got back to me. I ended up getting one on Amazon which came in a few days later. Maybe not the biggest deal, it only cost $30, but driving with the makeshift cardboard visor was annoying.
