When honesty and integrity matter Jacks VW falls flat. I contacted Dan D. one of the sales rep through their website. He gave me the basics. I told him It’s a two hour drive and wanted to ensure the Used Ram 1500 was as described and as pictured. He followed it up with a video which I appreciate. In the video he mentions a dent/crease in the hood. The carfax was clean reporting no accidents.
