This is our 11th VW purchase. We are faithful customers to this dealership because of their customer service, inventory and salespeople. Joe Caiazzo is easy to get in touch with and helped us with a difficult situation after our prior car was totaled by a tree falling on it. Joe got the job done for us finding our new Tiguan which we love! Rich Dempsey is another reason we return to Jack VW. He has been a constant presence in the team and a pleasure to deal with! We would highly recommend this dealership!
Found a vehicle on the web site that lets you trade autos housed here. After a short email inquiring about the availability Emmett reached out. He was very helpful and accommodating of our schedule. We decided to purchase and the whole experience was really nice, no pressure, fast, friendly service. Thank you Emmett!
