I visited Jack VW to look at a used car. I worked with Sondra who was such a pleasure. She was not pushy and helped me consider all of my options, including finding a way for me to save money at the end of my lease I have through another dealership. Even after deciding the car I looked at wasn't the right fit for me, Sondra went above and beyond to help me sell my car and save money! I recommend Sondra and Jack VW.
Being a single woman, I had some anxiety purchasing a car. A couple of my friends recommended Jack's. So happy they did. I had the good fortune of having Joe Caiazzo as my salesperson. I told him what I was looking for and obviously he was listening as he nailed it. He is very knowledgeable about their products and services offered but not pushy, which i was very much appreciative of. Great experience with VW Saco and Brooklyn Burns. Walked in snd not all the sales people coming at you. No pressure but just information we asked for.
The entire service department was so kind and helpful! Tyler was able to squeeze me in last minute for a repair. Highly recommend as their service has been incredible.
