Tubbs is fine at delivering babies, however this last time he acted like it was a huge bother for him to be there. That is literally his job. He was there for about 30 minutes, the delivery went perfect and he complained twice about his time. Delivery was fine. Bedside manner could really be improved. If you dont like your job, then quit. Don't take it out on your patients and act like its a huge pain for you to be there doing your job. Everyone else at the office was great.
This review is coming from a endometriosis warrior. in my first appointment (2019), I was validated and put on a surgery list for a laparoscopic procedure that I have been almost begging for at that point. Though I was excited for the procedure, I did not meet Dr. Tubbs until the procedure due to him having a patient in labor. Which is completely understandable to a degree. Awesome care and providers! Took the time to work me in for my emergency and got both of my surgeries scheduled very quickly. Thank you all!
The dr and pa is great however the office staff ruins it. They don’t respect your time, and the office staff has no sense of customer service at all. Carlie the office manager is condescending and is not helpful. It’s real disappointing that she’s the one dealing with the patients.
They care more about your timeliness than your well being! I was 3 minutes late and they refused to see me.
