Do not trust Jack Trux with your furniture! I had them my my things into storage and several months later tried to schedule them to move my things out of storage. They cancelled my move ONE business day before I my move because they received a larger order, I presume. They told me to call by 5pm if I wanted to cancel my order that I'd already had on the books for two weeks. Hello, I am writing just to let you know that my partner and I were extremely pleased with the packing and moving services that Jack Trux provided us on Friday 28 Sept and Saturday 29 Sept. Unfortunately, I forget the names of the three young men who did our pack/move, but I cannot imagine any otehr three movers being as polite, as efficient, or as fast as the guys who packed/moved us.
