Bad customer service.
BUYER BEWARE! If you’re a residential consumer and DIY person, be careful. The staff behind the counter my not fully understand your project and you end up with more material than you need which cannot be returned. In my case, I asked for 136 LF of two sided decorative concrete block which are solid in whole pallets by the SF, not individual blocks. Not knowing how many LF was in a pallet, I relied on the sales representative to do the calculations and tell me how many pallets (SF) I needed. That was a mistake. He obviously ... read more
