I just wanted to Jack Straw's in order to double cheeseburger small fry and a Pepsi the total is $14.52 I told him that was ridiculous Portillo's is a lot better and they give their employees benefits so you can kinda understand why the prices are so expensive but Jack Straw's... C'mon MAN!!!!!!!

When the foods food, it's really good. When it's bad, it's really bad. It's a shot in the dark honestly. Also service is mostly subpar. Half the time I interact with a nice, professional employee. The other half I get a moody sour experience. Worth a try though.
