I called Jack Stephan this morning with regard to a dripping shower and in less than 30mins Cesar Valencia arrived at my home. He was very friendly and explained what he would do with regards to the repair work. He was very professional with his work and explanations, I would recommend this company very much as my family has been a customer for over 20 years. Karen L

I love Jack Stephan plumbing! They have been my go-to plumber for my current home for 15 years. They have a great team, are honest, reliable and their prices are very reasonable. I have recommended them to several landlords in the past 40 years, who were as pleased with their work as I was. Rene, the plumber who came this time, was very knowledgeable. I used Jack Stephan for a HVAC for my home. They were very knowledgeable and competitively priced. My experience was quite nice. They were on time and cleaned up at 4pm everyday during the installation. They tech advised me how far along they were and what to expect the next day, so there were no surprises!!!!!! how great is that... that's why i'm posting this so you can experience the same. I can't even begin to express to you how pleased I am with Jack Stephan Plumbing and Heating. Over the past few months (April 2013-October 2013) I have had a few problems in my home with the plumbing, central air conditioning and most recently my heating unit. February 18, 2013. We have found Jack Stephan Plumbing & Heating to be exceptionally fine. We have been using Alfonso who has done a perfect job for us each time on plumbing and heating. Extremely courteous and conscientious and a perfectionist. We highly recommend Jack Stephan.

I have used jack Stephan Plumbing / heating / Inc since May 1972 Had a lot small jobs done. In 2000 had them repipe my home since there was a trickle of water coming from my faucets and 1 hour to fill the toilet. Water pressure has never slowed up yet, in fact my drains couldnt keep up with all the water. I had the drains replaced and now i'm set. all there plumbers had treated me with respect including my home. Clean up, drop cloths, and shoe protectors.
