Made my wife feel heard and understood.
Dr Shen is very knowledgeable in his field. Questions that I wasn't able to get even a partial answer from other Neurologists. He was happy to share what he was familiar with. His bedside manner and area of expertise along with his team is an absolute winning combination. I feel so blessed to be his patient.
Appointment scheduling is a disgrace. I had to drive to office to get any response. Receptionist was very nice but clearly in over her head (not her fault).
Excellent, knowledgeable caring doctor! Hight recommend!
