Extremely disappointed. I have had a monthly membership for over a year. Stayed on top of my membership and credit card expiration etc. I decided not to postpone or cancel my membership due to Covid-19/supporting local business. I went in today after 2 months/provided a new CC and turns out I was kicked out of the system so price went from $29.99 to $59.99. Will not be returning. Extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency. Apparently it was posted on the page, but I was unable to find it.

Wish there was more consistency with your washes. My wife and I had our cars cleaned this weekend and hers was great but mine left much to be desired. The console of my vehicle still had coffee spills on it and the cup holders had not been touched. Even after I mentioned it and another person came out to "fix it" there were still smears and "some sort of crumbs I can only imagine came from a dirty rag" all over the console and arm rest. And my wheels which I noticed once I arrived home, were never cleaned or wiped at all.

I just had my car detailed at this location and it was amazing. I have an SUV that had been heavily used by kids and dogs. My car needed a lot of work done. I had food, dog hair, old milk smell, and sticky stuff everywhere. They made my car shine again. It smelled so wonderful again. I am in love with my car again. The manager Dave was so kind and he made sure that I was happy with the results. Amazing customer service. I will definitely go back and will tell others of how great I was taken care of. First time going and it was the worst experience. Rude and unfriendly workers. Wasted money on the car wash and still need to go and have it rewashed.

not consistent the guys are the worst they are super lazy even when you tip them I have to clean bugs and me being in an SUV they never brush the back door I cancelled my membership the females work hard and they most consistent but try on your own I'm done with them!
