We are very pleased with our new SUV. Bradley Chavours was a courteous salesman. He definitely was very helpful. Plus helping us set up the radio, explaining all the functions available to us in the car and showing us how to use them all.
Jack Schmitt Ford is phenomenal!! I had previously went to a different dealership in the area and they treated me very poorly. I found a truck I was interested in at JSF and within seconds of arriving, Nick K. took amazing care of me! Nick was very knowledgeable on the truck and made sure it was everything I was looking for. From J.R. having good connections to lenders and Gary in finance, to Nick treating me like an old friend, I found the perfect ride!! I would highly recommend JSF to anyone.
We worked w Bradley and he was super nice and laid back. He was very personable and made the buying process very relaxed. He was very honest and answered all our questions . We were there much after closing time and Brad, and our finance manager never rushed us. I would recommend stopping in and seeing him for your next car purchase.
My wife and I have the pleasure of working with Brad. We came in already knowing what we wanted to look at and test drive, and Brad was able to have the vehicles pulled up front and ready to go as soon as we pulled up. I have never left a Google review but wanted to share my experience with Jack Schmitt. I purchase a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe on November 23rd of 2024. The sales team was great and it was an easy process. While the vehicle was not brand new it had only 9,000 miles on the odometer. On 03/13/25 and 12,000 miles it broke down and is sitting in my driveway unusable.
