We had a great experience buying a new vehicle at Jack Schmitt Ford. Chris Wheeler and Nick Karateew, the salesmen we worked with, were personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt at ease right away. They took their time and listened to find out exactly what we wanted in a vehicle. It was a pleasure to work with them. Sydney Jimerson in Finance was very nice and friendly. The whole buying process went very smoothly.
Awesome awesome awesome service department I broke down at 3 this morning and I was towed to this dealership with my 2014 Ford Explorer, upon opening these guys got me right in, diagnosed my problem, fixed my car and got me back on the road so that I don't miss my seminar in Tulsa thank you so much for the outstanding service much appreciated! I've purchased a vehicle here many years ago, and the service is still very good. Nick, my salesman explained the vehicle I purchased in detail, and was very helpful in answering my questions. I wasn't intending to buy a vehicle today, but with the deal they offered, I could see there was no need to look anywhere else.

I love my vehicle but hated everything about buying experience. Salesman didn't go over any features. Didn't get full tank of gas as promised . Car wasn't cleaned prior to delivery. Found rental papers in glove box, windshield dirty. No floor mats. Pressure sales come with pushing extended warranties & theft protection.

Let me tell y'all about this amazing sales woman named Crystal Cannon! She went above and beyond to cater to all my husbands and i's needs! She spent two days and her entire work day to make sure we got the car we wanted!!! She has the patience of an angel, and is as magical as Merlin!
