Service Tec was nice, but my van (15 passenger transit) will be in for a rod bearing (under warranty) for the better part of 3 weeks. All they want to give me for a rental is a small car for 5 day. I have five kids. So my family will be without a car for 3 weeks right at the holidays ,that’s crazy. I even called fords costumer service they don’t seam to care I thought ford was for the working mans family. Why would I buy ford again!!!
