I had an appointment today and was 6 minuets late and I was told I missed my appointment. I tried reasoning with the receptionist but she told me that they close at 6:00 and it’s to late My appointment was at 5:00 and I was at the counter at 5:06 On top of that they been calling my sibling for the past month to confirm the appointment I made which is a violation of Hipaa.

The doctors and staff were very nice indeed. Unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed which began an odyssey of facial and dental pain and included steroids and medication. This lasted 2 whole months and finally landed me in the ER on New Years Day with a severe dental abscess. Another round of meds and pain and 2 oral surgeries later I lost the tooth that was worked on at this office. By six degrees of separation, I know of another patient who also had a bad experience. Sorry to have to write this review.

I was experiencing a terrible sudden tooth ache and actually called another dental office and they could not see me but said I should try Oak Lawn Dental Center. The receptionist on the phone was so understanding and accommodating when I explained to her my emergency situation. She told me to come right in and they would take care of me and that they did! I’m 6 months pregnant and in my current state I couldn’t wait till Monday to be seen anywhere else. Very thankful to Dr. Ruby and his team for coming through for me today! ... read more
