Great service. Came out at 6:30 to fix my heater!!
Opened an account in July and paid the first delivery by credit card. Set up the budget plan. Since I keep a spreadsheet I noticed a bogus double credit of $360 which then disappeared after a few months. Since I ran out of credit balance, I sent in an additional payment which Ollie called and suggested they shred since my payment plan was over. The Jack Rich team has provided great service with fuel delivery, maintenance, and emergency help. Been a customer for 20 years. Moved to a new home and continued Jack Rich service at your new location. Recently, oil tank fill gauge broke and nearly ran out of oil in this fridge winter. They were able help get a delivery sooner than I expected. Thank you to all on the Jack Rich team for year of wonderful service.
