My service technician was courteous and tried his best to help but his Jack was not working correctly and he was unable to get my Suburban up. He called his company with no response. I then had to call GEICO to request another provider and was left in the parking lot after waiting for almost two hours.
Casey was sent from Jack rabbit when we call Geico. They quoted us about 45 minutes but Casey contacted us and about 4 minutes after the call was placed and he let us know that he would be through a location in Orangeburg South Carolina in about 10 and he was there less than 10 minutes and he fixed our battery we thought it was a battery jump problem but it come to find out our terminals were rotting and disconnected and he clean them and fix them and put it back together car started up with no problem God bless you Casey an... read more
