We lived in Daleview Apartments for 3 years and I have NO complaints. In regards to the posts about the office manager being rude, I found her to be understanding and helpful when I needed her. Rent was priced very well for a great area in Vincennes. I was lucky to have great neighbors all 3 years. Maintenance was always notified and showed up within the 24 hours they promised. I called just to see if they had apartments open and the lady that answered the phone was very snotty. she acted like it was such a painful chore to answer the phone and answer my 3 questions. i couldnt believe how much of an attitude she had. I havnt called back since.
The receptionist is EXTREMELY rude!! She always acts like it is such an annoyance anytime you go in there for anything, even to pay the rent. i did like the apartment though and it was a nice price :)
Do not rent from these people. The leasing manager is very unfriendly and cant tell the truth!!!!!!!!!!! Will not rent to people who are not married.
I agree with everything that is listed below.Ann the allegid manager, that is suppose to assist those in need, is about worthless. She acts if a person owes it to themselves to live here. If I would have known what I know now, I would have rented from someone else that believes the we are the customers. Ann is a very rude, hateful lady that needs to grow up. This morning I received a threatening note from somebody who didn't identify themselves on their note. I have cut back on the small amount of noise I do make and what I can only assume from the note is that my alarm clock is offensive. I will unplug it if that will make them happy and I will just find a new way to wakeup but it just doesn't make sense because the alarm clock is not very loud and much quieter than the noise from the trains. I agree about the bitterness. Talking to her is like talking to someone who just had their immediate family wiped out, including the dog, car broke down, house burned down and she just found out she has herpes. Not pleasant in the least and definitely not helpful.
These Apartments are nice if you can get over the poorly written contract. Anne the property manager is very bitter and refuses to assist anyone at all at helping to fix the lease.
