Jack is the best! Super patient. Took us about year and a half to find a perfect house in Elmhurst. Jack negotiated a great deal plus he made it so the seller didn't even do an open house , which would again put us in a multiple offer situation. Can't say enough good things about Jack Pysz. Very happy !!! Met Jack Pysz 2 months ago. Previously we were trying to find a bigger size lot to build a new home in Elmhurst and spent about 2 years with no results. My friend recommended Jack. As of today we have a double size and very deep lot in the nicest ( we think) part of Elmhurst. Process was smooth.
