Just closed on our new home, Jack helped us secure down payment assistance so we could buy a fixer upper and use the money for remodeling. He is very patient and knowledgeable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Jack Pysz. He is the property owner in Sarasota Florida. After Hurricane Milton, he refused to refund our stay even though the airport and bridges were closed. He is unprofessional and unethical. Be aware of doing anything with this man.
