We have been ignored for maintenance requests multiple times. They have disregard for their tenants and go out of their way to make east issues difficult. Will never rent with them again and I suggest you go elsewhere
Good experience renting here. Just moved out of state but will definitely hit them up again if I move back to New York. Great maintenance team!
Maintenance is excellent. They fix things right away and keep the building clean. Management is also very attentive and responsive
Rented from them for 5 years. Very fair and helpful. Worked with me to end my lease early when I got a new job out of state. I would rent from them again if I land back in New York again
