Chicken is too dry!!! The last few times I stopped by the location on Thomas the white meat was so dry it was crumbing. I usually stop by after the happy hour. Wondering if the chicken is being refried that was left over. Please people take pride in your job. Your prices are not cheap and it is really disapointing to get home and not be able to eat a meal that was paid for. Service is also slow. I have sat at the window for up to 5 minutes before being waited on.
I would say Jack Pyrtle's is by far the best chicken place we've been to in the Memphis area!! Delicious food, friendly people and low prices!! Excellent!!
