Wasn't to happy with the place as the leasing agent when I rented was hard to get ahold of and sketchy to say the least. But since Cassie has come here 190 turn around. She's a great leasing agent and manager of the apartments thus far!!

Jack Pine place has been so amazing for my family! The new property manager is always calling you back in a reasonable time, answering work orders when they are put in! This property has been the cleanest it has ever been! Great neighbors and super close to a huge park for kids! I would highly recommend this place!!!
Lived here for two and a half years. Do not do it. Had water coming up through our floor, downstairs neighbors had water pouring into their living room through their lights. Property management did not answer “emergency” phones or respond to “emergency” maintenance requests. It took weeks to even get the issue addressed and THEN They had us living in complete disrepair for months. We had no access to our kitchen, had nowhere to store our furniture, nothing was provided for us as compensation until I complained enough and fin... read more
