I've been here almost a year now and my experience has been amazing! Cassie was so great to work with to get the type of apartment I wanted and really went the extra mile to help me with the process. She's incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She responds very quickly and addresses any needs, concerns or issues I've had promptly. The one issue I had was dealt with immediately by Cassie with the person in change of repairs and fixing things. I can't say enough great things about this place and about Cassie!
Property manager was awesome. Gave good information.
Wasn't to happy with the place as the leasing agent when I rented was hard to get ahold of and sketchy to say the least. But since Cassie has come here 190 turn around. She's a great leasing agent and manager of the apartments thus far!!
Clean, safe, near the park, great neighbors.
Jack Pine place has been so amazing for my family! The new property manager is always calling you back in a reasonable time, answering work orders when they are put in! This property has been the cleanest it has ever been! Great neighbors and super close to a huge park for kids! I would highly recommend this place!!!
