Absolutely worst experience of my life here, I dropped my car off 5 days ago and I had a wiring problem on my driver side door. My car is only 2.5 years old and this is already happening. Told me he needs to order me a part and I can’t drive the car until then. So he set me up with a rental car, which I had to pay 35 bucks a day PLUS insurance so I paid 70 bucks a day PLUS TAX to have this car. Everyday my service consultant would call me and tell me that UPS says the part is on the way, then at about 430, everyday for 5 day... read more
They advertised a vehicle for sale at a good price. I confirmed over the phone the vehicle was in stock when I arrived an hour later they told me they had the original one I called about and one in silver if I wanted to see them. Of course I said I would look at them both. When I arrived at the silver one on the lot they informed me the original white one is no longer available. I test drive the silver one sat down for numbers on the car and they where barley moving off sticker price. The white one was listed 6 thousand less... read more

Hello Mr. ****, I apologize for the poor experience you received. With commercial vehicles, the end of the year is always the busiest, and those Promasters are the fastest moving inventory. The Ram Promaster does have two sets of rebates for customers, commercial and retail. Commercial buyers receive a larger rebate from the manufacturer which is what your salesman was explaining when asking if you were a business owner. Bought a new ram rabel. Had an issue with the touch screen. Brought it in. Took them 3 months an 5 visits just to order a radio. Horrible customer serve will never buy a truck from this dealership again
