Today I had the most horrible experience in my life from Jack Phelan Chevy in Lyons, Illinois(4000 Harlem). I experienced racism and sexism. The manager, , Martin Boryczka, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me. I received a letter offering to trade my vehicle in (depleted value and a total rip-off). I went in 10/21 but had to return today to complete deal. I submitted documentation, my down payment, waited for 4 hours, and took the new vehicle on a test drive.
