October 29, 2016 I had the most horrible experience in my life from Jack Phelan Chevy in Lyons, Illinois(4000 Harlem). I experienced racism and sexism. The manager, , Martin Boryczka, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me. I received a letter offering to trade my vehicle in (depleted value and a total rip-off). The experience I've had with Jack Phelan has been an expensive one, almost $30,000 to be exact. I purchased a 2014 vehicle that broke down only after 6 months of driving the thing. After "trading" the vehicle in, and "we are so sorry for the inconvenience," I purchased another car.
