Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
