Jack of Hearts BBQ started over 10 years ago, although not originally as a restaurant, rather as a EUREKA moment while being creative in the kitchen. Todd Masters, the owner of Jack of Hearts BBQ, began sharing his creation with others; and it was not long before Todd became known as the 'BBQ Sauce Guy'.

I love this place. Great Food... Brisket Sandwich is as good as any I have ever had. Best BBQ in Spring Hill. Added benefit...It’s locally owned!
I came up from Mississippi to visit my girlfriend. When it came to choosing somewhere to eat she suggested JOH. She said she heard it was really good but hadn't been there yet. Really good is an understatement. I've been to BBQ joints all over America and I'd have to say this is one of the best I've been to. The ribs were awesome and the "fixins" where amazing. Creative and delicious. After her, JOH will be the other reason I'll drive 4 and a half hours to Spring Hill!

Second time eating there and theirs nothing in California that compares
So good! I had the smoked turkey slices, green beans and the fried okra. Loved the white bbq sauce.
The smoked turkey sandwich is so good. I will be back soon. Maybe tomorrow.
