Todd Masters, the owner of Jack of Hearts BBQ, began sharing his creation with others; and it was not long before Todd became known as the 'BBQ Sauce Guy'.

The home made detail in each side stands apart from any chain restaurant up and down 31. The smoked turkey and white sauce is so good, nothing else can beat it! I love the detail that goes into the food here. You can tell this place actually cooks in the kitchen and doesn't just order from a distribution center. That's why you may have awesome things like hand cut potatoes, and different slices of beef. It's the real deal. It's not cookie cutter like all the rest.
y'all have a country music star named Buddy Brown telling folks on his fb page that you're place is the best BBQ he's ever had - you must be doin something right in Tennessee!
