Jack of Hearts BBQ started over 10 years ago, although not originally as a restaurant, rather as a EUREKA moment while being creative in the kitchen. Todd Masters, the owner of Jack of Hearts BBQ, began sharing his creation with others; and it was not long before Todd became known as the 'BBQ Sauce Guy'.

We had the best lunch today, consisting of a rack of ribs, brisket salad and two pork sandwiches! You can not go wrong with anything on the menu. The meat is so tender and the sauce is icing on the cake. From the mouths of two competitive boys (10 &11 years old), "JOH would so takedown anything Jim and Nicks or Martin's tried to cook!"
The brisket sandwich is always awesome. Love this place!
